Willy Dodd
Director

Having been in the property industry since 2008, I have developed an extensive knowledge over the years. Knowledge which I am expanding on as the years go on!

I first started working in a busy maintenance team looking after thousands of properties, to now handling all aspects of my clients portfolios - there isn't much I haven't encountered!

I am too a Property Investor and Landlord - so while my day-to-day life is a Letting Agent I understand completely the ups and downs of being an Investor and Landlord too! Having this first hand knowledge helps me better understand my clients short and long term goals for their investment.

As a member of the Chartered Institute for Housing qualifying in Property Management and Letting, I hold one of the two Industry recognised qualifications and this puts me in a unique position on how to guide you through the property management journey.

I regularly representitve my clients at the First Tier Tribunal and I am proud to maintain an positive case record. Of the 16 cases in 2019 and 2020 I attended only one was unsuccessful. During this period I helped recover over £9,000 in payments which were due to Landlords/Agents. I often find other agents reaching out for assistance due to the troubles at the First Tier Tribunal and given the tighter regulations constantly being imposed on the industry by the Scottish Government now more than ever it's vital to ensure things are done right first time round as penalties can be severe!

Throughout my working life, I strive to do my utmost to meet my clients needs, whether it be something as simple as dropping off heaters to overseeing an insurance revonation, I endeavour to uphold my own high standards, whilst ensuring I go above and beyond my clients expectations.
